These “On the Ball” classes are held monthly and are a chance for non-beginners to have a go at more challenging exercises using a Stability or Swiss ball as it is sometimes known.
Classes last 45 minutes and incorporate a variety of fun but challenging exercises that will work your core and keep you energised.

Please enquire. These classes will typically be held on a Sunday morning in Ryde at 10am. £10 per session. Class sizes are limited to 7 due to the nature of the session.
