Pilates is for everyone so join me at my lovely new venue in Ryde, the Eric Warner Centre, for some relaxing and rejuvenating sessions which will make you feel taller and will improve your posture.

Classes can also be a great way to exercise and meet new people at the same time, plus they will help you to stay fit and healthy. Pilates will help you meet the NHS activity guidelines which suggest two days per week of strength exercises that target the major muscle groups, and 150 mins of aerobic execise per week.
