Progression & Intermediate Classes



For those clients who have progressed on from Beginners or for someone who has no health issues and has done Pilates before, these classes are ideal.

Classes last 55 minutes and are fun and varied classes to ensure that we work the whole body in each session. General classes offers different levels of difficulty so can be accessed by those who are still learning, as well as intermediate clients.



Please note we recommend that clients who have no experience of Pilates and who have a health condition that may affect their ability to do Pilates, should undertake a Beginners One to One Induction 

For all classes it is best to wear comfortable clothing, although tight fitting clothing can help both me and you to check whether you are maintaining a neutral pelvis and a neutral spine.
