One to One Beginners Induction Sessions
If you are completely new to Pilates, we offer an introductory session to ensure that you fully understand Pilates and can grasp the principles of the exercise programme in a way that is meaningful to your body. In this way, you will be able to participate in group classes safely and your time spent exercising will be more effective.
We do not make this a compulsory class, but cannot stress how important it is to understand Pilates fully in order to get the most from a class.
Availability & Cost:
These sessions can be done on a 1:1 basis at a cost of £45 for a 60 minute session in your own home or at a designated venue (additional cost may apply), but we also periodically run Introductory Sessions for beginners which will have a maximum of 6 attendees and cost £10 per person for an hour long session.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements or if you have any further questions.
Once you have completed a One to One Session you may choose to continue with personal training classes, where the one to one teaching will help you to progress quickly and the exercise programme will be tailored specifically to you. Alternatively you may wish to join a Fundamentals class.
We know beginners benefit enormously from smaller classes because they offer clients the opportunity to develop their understanding of the Pilates principles and received the support they need to get the most out of their session. Furthermore, by taking part in small classes we can ensure that safe and correct exercises are done by all participants. Typically clients in these classes are new to Pilates and/or have been signposted to Pilates because their Health Professional has recommended Pilates as an ongoing exercise programme to support their condition.
