“I attended a Pilates class for 5 years on the mainland and was delighted to find Ann’s intermediate class. Ann is a fantastic Pilates teacher. She really focusses on doing each exercise/movement correctly and somehow manages to keep a running dialogue as she and we do each exercise with the right group of muscles engaged or relaxed and of course the right breathing! I love my weekly class and really feel Ann gives my body a full workout. Ann very discreetly addresses any of our bodies’ injuries or ailments with different exercises and of the course the handy tip of how to make exercises more challenging for those who want it. I travel 45 minutes to this class and it’s so good I would do it twice a week if she ran another intermediate class! Truly fantastic!”
